1. 100% On-Device Processing

All image processing, text extraction (OCR), language detection, and data recognition are performed 100% locally on your iOS device.

• We DO NOT upload your photos, screenshots, or extracted text to any external cloud servers.
• We DO NOT store, monitor, or transmit your images or text anywhere.
• The app functions completely offline without requiring an active internet connection.

2. Data Collection and Usage

• Personal Information: TextSnap Pro does not require account creation, registration, or any personal details (such as your name, email address, or phone number).
• Usage Data & Analytics: We do not track your activity, collect telemetry, or use any third-party analytics software.
• On-Device Storage: To manage your 72-hour free trial and lifetime access status across the main app and Share Extension, a small encrypted timestamp is saved locally in your device's Keychain and UserDefaults (App Group). This data never leaves your device.

3. Third-Party Services

• In-App Purchases: All purchase transactions (such as unlocking TextSnap Pro) are handled directly by Apple's secure StoreKit framework. We do not have access to your credit card information or Apple ID payment details.

4. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data from anyone, our app is completely safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.
